WEBINAR, REFUND, CANCELLATION, CERTIFICATE, POSTPONEMENT,  REFUSAL OF SERVICE , ACCOMMODATIONS POLICIES:

IMPORTANT WEBINAR POLICY:
Regarding live webinar events, it is the ATTENDEE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ensure they have the necessary technology to attend the webinar. We provide a link to GoToWebinar, which details what is required AT the time of registration. This gives customers an opportunity to review this information PRIOR to registration and payment. It is the attendees responsibility to test their computer setup PRIOR to the start of the webinar and/or download the GoToWebinar app, if needed, depending on which device may be utilized. This may require individuals to contact their network adminstrator to ensure their system will be allowed to connect. These things should occur BEFORE registration and/or 24 hours PRIOR to the start of a webinar. Please see the refund policy below, as refunds are not given due to technical issues of this nature.  Please visit https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/goto-webinar-system-requirements-for-attendees to view such requirements PRIOR to registration.

Webinars are live and interactive, thus occuring in real time. In order to receive REAL TIME INTERACTIVE, continuing education hours, attendees MUST communicate with the instructor AND follow instructions given by STAFF UPON THEIR ARRIVAL to OFFICIALLY sign in and be OFFICIALLY present and accounted for TO RECEIVE any live and interactive continuing education hours. If this policy is not followed, we reserve the right to either provide hours that are not live, interactive, or not provide any hours to the attendee. Please note simply "logging in" and having an attendees name appear on a "list" of attendees, without following staff instructions during the live event regarding sign in procedures and no interaction of any sort during the event with staff does not constitute participation for live and interactive continuing education hours. The sign in and official instructions regarding this policy are given verbally in real time upon entry, and they are also provided in writing in the chat area of the webinar to all present upon arrival to view at any time throughout the ENTIRE WEBINAR.

We reserve the right to not provide any continuing education hours if an attendee does not follow the directives given, or any other circumstances in which we deem that the attendee did not participate in the live interactive webinar. This includes but not limited to when the attendee did not follow the directives by staff to sign in and be counted as officially present, but the attendees name was present/logged in for the entire time of the webinar. Please note attendees who wish to request live continuing education hours under these circumstances that state they can prove their attendance of the webinar by means of providing a valid IP address or any other means still WILL not receive hours. Attendees must provide proof they signed in as instructed and participated in the webinar as advised by staff.

Refunds and/or Cancellations: If a refund is requested by the participant, a partial refund, minus a $25.00 adminstrative fee will be provided regardless of the time period of when the request is received for all seminars in which the registration fee charged was $70 or more. If the seminar was under $70, customers will be given a refund of 50% of what was charged/paid. Additionally, a credit card fee will be assessed to all refunds, to cover the cost of PayPal and/or Stripe processing charges on credit cards (these fees usually range from 2.2% – 2.9% of the total conference cost depending on PayPal and or Stripe's current algorithm utilized at the time of payment).  All refund and/or cancellation requests must be in writing, thus emailed to leslie@daretodreamlife.com. No refunds will be issued if received less than 2 weeks of the event.  Please note only clicking the cancellation box on webinar correspondence DOES NOT meet this requirement. A written request must be emailed. If a participant fails to contact us prior to the seminar, as well as fails to appear for the seminar, no refunds will be issued, nor will attendance of another seminar be allowed. Regarding live webinar events, we do not provide refunds due to the following: (1) Attendee technology problems: It is the responsibility of the webinar attendee to test their computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your location (work, home, other locations of your preference) prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technical problem is due to our error, we will consider issuing a refund.  (2) Attendee email issues: Refunds will not be issued in cases where an attendee did not receive the webinar login instruction email due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact us if they don’t receive the required login information at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the webinar. (3) No shows: Attendees who do not participate in the live webinar will not be entitled to a refund.

Cancellations:  If Leslie Phillips Seminars® cancels a seminar, a full refund will be given. Leslie Phillips Seminars® reserves the right to cancel any seminar due to low enrollment.

Postponements: At times, postponing a seminar may be unavoidable (such as illness of a presenter, family tragedy, etc). If a seminar is postponed, all registered will have the option to attend the seminar on the newly scheduled date, or have their registration transferred to another seminar of their choice within the next 6 months. No refunds will be given. If a seminar is not attended within that 6 month period, attendance of another seminar is forfeited.

Certificates: If a customer loses, misplaces, or otherwise cannot find their certificate that was originally provided which includes incidents of email returns or non-responses due to supplying us with an incorrect email address at the time of registration and attendance of webinars, Leslie Phillips Seminars® will provide an additional certificate electronically with an administrative charge of $30.00. This includes if a customer contacts us to state they did not receive their certificate by email and we can provide documentation that it was sent to the email address provided.  In this instance, Customers may utilize the buy it now option on our website at www.daretodreamlife.com or contact leslie@daretodreamlife.com to pay by check.

ADDITIONAL RESEARCH FEE: While we understand that mishaps occur, unfortunately we have received an increase in customers contacting us, stating they know they attended a seminar, but do not know the date or the title of the seminar. In this instance, they are requesting staff to look through records for large spans of time, often including an entire year or more, to determine their attendance and then create and send certificates. This creates additional time for staff, outside of the norm, when a customer does not know the date and/or title of the seminar. Therefore, an additional fee of $20.00 will be charged in cases such as these and will be due BEFORE staff begin this review process.
2.   If a customer requests a certificate to be mailed through the United States Postal Service, Leslie Phillips Seminars ® will mail the certificate with an administrative charge of $40.00. Customers may utilize the buy it now option on our website at www.daretodreamlife.com or contact leslie@daretodreamlife.com to pay by check.
Certificates: It is the policy and procedure of Leslie Phillips Seminars® to provide our customers with their certificate at the end of each seminar.  Because we provide this in person, at the conclusion of all seminars, the following policy is adhered to:
1.     If a customer loses, misplaces, fails to get their certificate before leaving for the day, or otherwise cannot find their certificate that was originally provided at their seminar, Leslie Phillips Seminars® will provide an additional certificate electronically with an administrative charge of $30.00.  Customers may utilize the buy it now option on our website at www.daretodreamlife.com or contact leslie@daretodreamlife.com to pay by check.
2.   If a customer requests a certificate to be mailed through the United States Postal Service, Leslie Phillips Seminars ® will mail the certificate with an administrative charge of $40.00.
